Goldsky Resources Corp (GSKR : TSX-Venture, GSKRF : OTCQX, FNSE : GSKR SDB) is a publicly listed gold exploration company, consolidating assets in Sweden and Finland. In December 2025 the merge was completed between Mawson Finland and First Nordic Metals to form Goldsky Resources Corp.
The Company's flagship asset is the Barsele gold project in central Sweden, in which it has entered into a transaction to become the 100% owner from Agnico Eagle. Our second asset is the Rajapalot gold project in Finland.
Barsele projects hosts over 2.1 million ounces of gold resource in Sweden and our Rajapalot project hosts approximately 1 million ounces gold. We recently completed 10,000 metres of drilling at Rajapalot in Finland. We have approx $84m in the bank and will conduct a large exploration program at Barsele of approximately 50,000 metres drilling in 2026 .
