Independent by design
Denver Gold Group is a Colorado non-profit corporation owned by no bank, broker or publisher. It does not underwrite, trade or publish research, and it takes no fee on any transaction that follows a meeting. Its only purpose is to bring the management of mining companies together with the investors who finance them, and to make that meeting as productive as it can be.
That independence is why 229 mining companies are members today, and why the Mining Forums are the only events outside the investment banks to appear in Nasdaq's ranking of basic materials conferences by investor quality.
What it does
DGG produces the Mining Forums: invitation-only investment conferences built on unmediated 1x1 Meetings, management presentations, keynotes and networking. Every forum runs on the association's own event management system, which handles meeting requests, scheduling, webcasts and the attendee app, and it reports back to each member company through the proprietary Relative Return on Event Investment.
